We host this event in honor of the families that we help through ACCESS. This memorable day will include golf, games, prizes, a cocktail party, silent auction, dinner and an exciting live auction. If you’ve attended previous Hearts, Clubs & Aces tournaments you know that our FUNdraising events are like no other…so come on and join in on the fun!

About the Event
More than just the usual charity golf tournament or fundraising auction, the Hearts, Clubs & Aces golf tournament is an annual event that has participants, sponsors, and volunteers alike circling the date on their calendars every year.
Welcome to Hearts, Clubs & Aces!
Upon arriving at the course golfers will be greeted by our cheerful, beautiful and enthusiastic volunteers and will be served beverages and treats throughout the day.
Tee it up!
The players will have an exciting experience on the course with chances to win prizes and of course, the usual hole-in-one, longest drive, closest to the pin, and putting contests will take place too.
The Grand Finale: Cocktails, Dinner, Silent & Live Auction!
Following this fun-filled day on the greens everyone will have the opportunity to unwind with their friends, enjoy dinner and drinks, and bid on sensational auction items. Be sure to strategize with your family and friends about which one-of-a-kind experiences, fabulous vacations and other great items to bid on!
Scramble Format
1. This is a point game where a foursome plays as a team against the other four member teams in the tournament
2. Each member of the foursome hits a tee shot and the best drive of the team is selected
3. From the spot of the selected tee shot, each player in the foursome hits their second shot and the best drive of the team is selected from the second shot. The team continues to play from the best drive on each shot to finish out the hole.
4. Each player’s individual score is recorded and points are earned as follows:
Par=1, Birdie=2, Eagle=3, Double Eagle=4
5. The individual points are added together to make the team score for the hole.
6. Points earned are based on net scores of each individual player.

9:00 a.m. “ 10:30 a.m. – Registration / Putting Green Contest Registration
10:45 a.m. – In your carts!
11:00 a.m. – Tee time!
4:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. – The evening begins! Cocktails, dinner, and the silent/live auction with one-of-a-kind experiences, fabulous vacations and other great items to bid on!
